  • All information on the website—including images, pricing, itineraries, and experiences—is subject to change based on availability and operational needs.

2. Booking & Reservations

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking based on availability, safety protocols, or internal policies.
  • Prices may vary depending on the season, room category, retreat type, or duration of stay.

3. Retreat, Course & Accommodation Policies

  • Retreat schedules, instructors, therapies, and activities may be modified due to weather, safety, or operational considerations.
  • All guests must follow house rules, safety instructions, and guidelines issued by Rajgarh Estate staff.
  • Some activities may involve physical, mental, or environmental challenges; participation is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.

4. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

By participating, you confirm that you are mentally and physically fit to join wellness activities. Our Ayurvedic and holistic therapies are traditional wellness practices and not a substitute for medical treatment. We do not diagnose, cure, or treat medical conditions.

5. Meals & Dietary Requirements

  • Only pure vegetarian meals are served at Rajgarh Estate Retreat.
  • Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us at the time of booking.

6. Code of Conduct

Rajgarh Estate maintains a peaceful and respectful environment.
We may terminate a guest’s stay, without refund, due to:

  • Misconduct or inappropriate behaviour
  • Damage to property
  • Bringing or consuming illegal substances
  • Causing disturbance to other guests or staff

7. Limitation of Liability

Rajgarh Estate is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Natural conditions such as weather, terrain, wildlife, or unforeseen events
  • Injuries or accidents occurring during activities, treks, sessions, or travel Guests participate at their own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, photos, videos, designs, and branding—is the sole property of Rajgarh Estate and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and jurisdiction of Himachal Pradesh, India.
